PRIZES
The global pandemic period that characterized the final months of the 2020s has shifted many creative industry activities toward online enjoyment. Among these are numerous producer and artist contests that SAE Institute sponsors and supports, encouraging its students and alumni to participate.
On Thursday, July 9, in the final meeting of the contest proposed by Ropeadope Records I was proclaimed one of the winners with a remix of the song proposed.
The contest in which I participated, titled "Let Love Rule ReMix 2020-21", was promoted by Ropeadope Records to celebrate the new release of "Let Love Rule", a song by jazz star Dekel Bor.
Up for grabs were several major prizes to which I had access:
the signing with the American label Ropeadope Records for the remix track produced;
the promotion on the social channels of Sennheiser, Roland, Modal Electronics and Mixed In Key;
the performance in the world tour of Dekel Bor;
a gift pack of products from Sennheiser, Roland, Modal Electronics, Mixed In Key & others.

Throughout the duration of the contest, meetings were held with some prominent guests, to whom aspiring producers could ask questions and receive musical feedback and advice. Among others, Robert Sadin (Sting, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter), Wulf Muller (Universal Music, Sony Music), Dave Darlington (Miles Davis, Madonna, David Guetta), Helik Hadar (Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock).
